| How we work |
| The starting point for any intervention is to fully and correctly understand the issue being faced and the context in which it exists. Often solutions are developed from within the context of a problem, or from a filtered perspective of the reality. In the context of a cycle of Listen - Think - Consult - Act; there is often a rush to action. Only when this correct understanding is in place can we move to defining the future state that represents the outcome we seek. |

Success has many faces, it is necessary to understand and align the various measures of success that exist for the parties involved, they are not always the same.
Having defined an outcome and confirmed that action is necessary at this time, a process or methodology can be developed and applied. |

| We can then define the relative inputs required to achieve the outcome. As we work with our clients it is usual that the greater part of the input comes from them. Factors that influence the extent are, time, available expertise and budgets. |

| Our inputs usually comprise, applying technical knowledge and experience to designing of the solution, facilitation the thinking of the client, challenging inherent sacred cows, transferring learning, steering implementation and unblocking obstructions. |
