| Małgorzata Klenk |
|
Małgorzata has 10 years of professional experience. The vast majority of her working experience was gained mainly in leading consulting firms. She started her business career in Andersen Consulting (Accenture) participating in the reorganisation of enterprises and implementation of IT (SAP) systems. Her main areas of involvement were in advising telecommunications as well as retail and wholesale organisations. During projects she was responsible for developing and implementing change, communication, training and restructuring strategies. She also worked for Monitor Company, where she developed marketing strategy for the largest alcohol-free beverage company and distribution strategy for the leading beer producer. Małgorzata was also running Production and Distribution Department in Panorama Polska, where she was responsible for day-to-day management of the department and for the reorganisation of the company. She is lecturing on "Organisational Development and Change" at Warsaw University of Technology School of Business. Her area of specialisation includes change and project management, and reorganisation of enterprises.

| Agnieszka Łakińska |
|
Agnieszka has 11 years of professional experience. Initially she worked as a psychologist helping cardiac patients. When the economic reforms were launched in Poland she joined a non-governmental organisation which facilitated and monitored the development of the management training infrastructure in Poland. Next Agnieszka worked as a HR Manager for a multinational fast moving consumer goods organisation. Later she joined Coopers & Lybrand, an international consulting organisation, where she set up and developed the HR function. As head of the HR department she was involved in a series of interventions which included reward, recruitment, communications and transformation of the HR function into a strategic resource for line managers.

| Paweł Sopkowski |

Paweł has 9 years professional business experience in IT, insurance and learning consultancy sectors. During the first 5 years Paweł was responsible for business development, marketing and general management. For the last 4 years he was a Partner of TMI Polska (a Polish branch of TMI International) helping different Polish and international organisations to manage change and grow. His area of expertise are: change management, management and leadership development, team development. He was involved in various projects in telecommunication, pharmaceutical, FMCG and production industry.

Stephen has 25 years of professional experience mainly abroad in Africa and Central Europe. During this time he has operated as a Partner in professional service firms. His work included advising organisations about how to structure themselves to enhance business effectiveness in diverse cultural environments, people development and strategy.

| Roman Tętnik |

Roman Tętnik started career with Civil Aviation Ministry, Warsaw responsible for negotiating and the presentation of government aviation agreements with ICAO members; President, Alliance Film and Advertising Agency Warsaw, MSc in Economy, bachelor of Law.Next Roman joined Amrop International - one of the leading world-wide Executive Search Consultancies. During his work for Amrop, Roman was specialising in top management positions in General Management (CEO,COO), Sales and Marketing, Finances and Production fields. He was conducting both Polish and international searches (with partners from Amrop) and supervising work of younger consultants in Warsaw office.

| Tomasz Wański |
In the recent 12 years Tomasz was an active business manager in private sector, most of this time he worked in Xerox. He built from scratch the technical support and post-sales Xerox business in Poland.
He was personally responsible for companies merge, service and logistics outsourcing projects, development and sales process of the service offerings, development of the service as a business at Xerox partner companies. He was also responsible for the logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Tomasz took active part in recruitment processes, staff assessment programmes, prepared and delivered training to Xerox and partner's staff on service business and customer satisfaction.
Earlier Tomasz took part in the international cooperation in Central Europe on control equipment
as well as in cooperation with ASEA in industrial robotics.
Tomasz specializes in supporting organizations to develop stable and profitable customer service business through loyal customers. This is combined with building company culture focused on customer, development of the company-strategic processes and procedures, development customer-related skills and management skills of line management.

The last seven years at Avon Cosmetics, Agata was responsible for planning, implementing and controlling all human resources activities including recruitment and selection, coaching and feedback, leadership development, training and career development, health and safety, compensation and benefits. Since 1999 Agata was appointed to regional Training and Development role. She was responsible for identifying suitable training and development solutions within the region and co-operate in the design of training and development for the Management Group. Before coming to Avon Agata managed HR Department ORFE - European Pharmaceutical Distributor.

| Piotr Olaf Żylicz |

Olaf is a psychologist, a senior lecturer at the Warsaw School of Advanced Social Psychology and a fellow researcher at the Polish Academy of Science. Development and refinement of wide range of measures (questionnaires, surveys, and the like) used for diagnostic purposes in business keeps on being his basic interest. Dr Żylicz has provided corporations with psychological trainings on stress coping, time management, team work and others. In the course of the last years he collaborated, as a consultant, with various HR consultancies on the projects as diverse as communication audit, job satisfaction and managerial assessment centre.
